The Amazing Graze Farm-Stay and Retreats gate is located at: 832 Mort Harris Rd. Louisburg, North Carolina. Google Maps does the best job of getting folks to our gate. From Mort Harris Road, turn on the dirt path. There will be a chain link fence on your left and a wheat field on your right. The gate will be on your left. Follow the road until you can bear left. Follow the farm signs past the Graze Cottage and around the Pond dam to the LakeHouse.

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

Important Property Information
To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies before booking:
Registered Guests Only
✓ Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
No Outside Visitors
✓ Friends, family members, wedding guests, vendors, and day visitors are not permitted unless pre-approved by management.
No Parties or Gatherings
✓ Cabins are for overnight lodging only.
✓ No parties, receptions, reunions, after-parties, or event spillover are permitted.
Maximum Occupancy Strictly Enforced
✓ Occupancy limits may not be exceeded at any time.
✓ Additional guests are not permitted, even if they are not staying overnight.
Parking Pass Required
✓ All vehicles must be registered and display a valid parking pass.
✓ Unauthorized vehicles may be removed at the owner's expense.
Quiet Hours
✓ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No Swimming
✓ Swimming, wading, diving, and floating are prohibited in all ponds, lakes, and waterways.
Fishing Policy
✓ Pond 1: Catch & Release Only
✓ Pond 2: Catch & Release Only
Restricted Access Areas
✓ No trespassing beyond designated guest areas.
✓ Crop fields, livestock areas, equipment yards, workshops, and private residences are off limits.
Farm Amenities
✓ All activities and amenities must be scheduled through the Farm Concierge.
✓ This includes farm tours, fishing experiences, golf cart rentals, kayaks, paddle boats, pony rides, cow cuddling, and other farm activities.
Security Monitoring
✓ Exterior areas are monitored by security cameras for guest safety and property security.
Violation of Property Policies
Violation of any property rule may result in:
• Immediate removal from the property
• Cancellation of reservation without refund
• Additional fees for damages, unauthorized guests, or rule violations
By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all First Fruits Farm property policies and rental agreement terms.
